A company is looking for an Account Executive - Small & Medium Business (SMB).
Key Responsibilities
Manage a hybrid sales motion, balancing transactional deals with larger compliance-involved opportunities
Engage key stakeholders and educate them on healthcare solutions
Track pipeline metrics and proactively report on trends and forecasts
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years in a SaaS sales role, ideally in both transactional and strategic motions
Experience in navigating compliance-heavy conversations
Ability to adjust communication style based on audience
Experience in a startup environment is preferred
Familiarity with benefits, HR tech, or compliance-related sales is a bonus
