Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle sales of qualified SMB leads, including contract generation and closing deliverables Meet/exceed monthly sales goals using value-based sales approaches Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to understand and address prospects' business needs Required Qualifications 1-3 years of on-quota direct sales experience selling B2B applications/solutions Experience with SMB and Mid-Market deal sizes Proficient in tracking and forecasting a sales pipeline using a CRM Ability to manage a multi-touch sales cycle in a rapidly changing environment Competitive spirit and a team player mentality
