Account Manager Client Services
A company is looking for an Account Manager Client Services - National Remote. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a solid understanding of assigned client businesses and their unique needs Leverage data to identify and resolve issues for payer and government clients Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure effective issue resolution Required Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED (or higher) 2+ years of experience in a client service or analytical/account support role 2+ years of experience in Benefits or Health Savings Account Administration Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook
