Account Manager (EMEA)
A company is looking for an Account Manager (EMEA).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the strategic lead for clients, building strong relationships to understand their business goals and needs
Manage complex enterprise renewal and upsell cycles, demonstrating product benefits to various stakeholders
Educate clients on new use cases and integrations while updating internal systems to communicate customer status and needs
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales within a SaaS company
Proven ability to influence and build relationships with customers, especially at the VP+ level
Experience in managing risk and uncovering upsell opportunities within a book of business
Solid knowledge of ecommerce business needs, KPIs, and trends
Understanding of analytics and statistics related to ecommerce metrics
