A company is looking for a Freelance Associate Director, Visual Design. Key Responsibilities Conduct conceptual exploration, establish direction and design solutions, and ensure successful implementation through production Help establish art direction of projects and lead the design of scalable, flexible design systems optimized for various devices Champion usability, accessibility, and mobile-friendly best practices while assisting with project deliverables and schedules Required Qualifications Minimum 7+ years of experience in Brand Design/Digital Branding and UI Design principles Illustration ability including Line, Flat, Isometric, Montage, and Geometric Abstraction Experience designing complex and dynamic experiences across multiple digital channels Advanced skills with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, Craft, and Zeplin Understanding of how information architecture and schematics translate into design
