Account Manager for Health Plans

Key Responsibilities
Develops and maintains trusted advisor relationships with customers to enhance experience and retention
Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver efficient customer service and benefit solutions
Facilitates client meetings and manages the process for new benefit changes and account maintenance tasks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality management, or related area, or equivalent experience required
Knowledge of pharmacy benefits management, insurance, or healthcare industry
3 years of experience in a customer service role
Ability to demonstrate experience in critical thinking and relationship building
Participation in and support of compliance program objectives
