A company is looking for a Spec V ASO Contract Compliance professional. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and maintenance of contract language and materials for the ASO business Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements in the health insurance market Support the organization and maintenance of contract databases and provide consultation on contract-related requests Required Qualifications 5+ years of related work experience, including 3 years in contract compliance or administration Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience Strong understanding of ASO Group dynamics and healthcare legislative impacts Project management experience with the ability to lead projects Experience in a dynamic team environment with shifting priorities
