Account Services Representative
A company is looking for an Account Services Rep to manage non-core MSPL business and enhance customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day account activities, build relationships, and resolve customer issues through collaboration with internal teams
Drive sales processes within an assigned territory to expand services and increase gross profit by analyzing customer trends
Develop knowledge of the marketplace and physician practice dynamics to drive consultative selling and win new business opportunities
Required Qualifications
Typically 0-2 years of relevant experience; may have a degree or equivalent
4-year degree preferred in sales and marketing, business management, or healthcare related field
1-year sales and/or account management experience
Understanding of healthcare distribution, community oncology, and industry trends is highly desired
Experience with pharmaceutical products and the buy-and-bill model is beneficial
