A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee and optimize the Accounts Payable function. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable department Lead and mentor a team of AP specialists for efficient invoice and payment processing Drive business transformation initiatives, including process automation and system updates Required Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role Experience in Business Transformation initiatives and change management Expertise in AP automation tools and ERP systems, including Coupa and NetSuite Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GL coding, and reconciliations Familiarity with tax regulations related to 1099 forms and reporting
