PMO Operations Coordinator
A company is looking for a PMO Operations Coordinator (Remote). Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the PMO department and provide administrative support to the VP of PMO Facilitate and manage PMO document and artifact library, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures Compile information for standard reporting metrics and create presentations for internal and external stakeholders Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in relevant fields preferred 3-5 years of executive administrative support or project management coordination/support experience Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite and project management software Ability to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
