Accounts Receivable Team Lead
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Accounts Receivable Services. Key Responsibilities Support the management team with coordination of Accounts Receivable department activities Assist in training team members and track productivity and quality of Accounts Receivable Representatives Follow up with payers to ensure timely resolution of outstanding claims and identify areas for improvement Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required Experience in insurance collections for medical practices or facilities Knowledge of denied claims and appeals process Experience with practice management systems; EPIC PB, Allscripts, or Cerner preferred Proficiency with MS Office, including basic Excel skills
