Administrative Program Coordinator
A company is looking for an Administrative Program Coordinator III- IT Procure to Pay.
Key Responsibilities
Acts as a liaison and resource for administrative, technical, or operational needs
Researches and organizes information for presentations and assists with large projects
Facilitates meetings, records outcomes, and communicates project status and requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Minimum of four years of financial, business analysis, or project management experience
High School diploma/GED with eight years of experience, or Associate's degree with six years of experience, or Master's degree with three years of experience are acceptable offsets
Experience in managing procure-to-pay processes with at least three years of hands-on experience
Strong proficiency in Oracle, Ivalua, or similar procurement systems
