Adoption Program Analyst
A company is looking for a Program Analyst (Adoption). Key Responsibilities Analyze current adoption caseloads to identify trends, inefficiencies, and service gaps Develop data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency and streamline adoption processes Design a communication plan to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the adoption centralization process Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Human Services, or a related field Experience in adoption services, child welfare policy, or program evaluation Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and provide actionable recommendations Understanding of state and federal child welfare policies, including the Family First Prevention Services Act (FFPSA)
