Advanced Analytics Lead

A company is looking for an Advanced Analytics Lead to support Product and Business leaders within the Community Support organization. Key Responsibilities Act as a data thought partner by providing insights and recommendations for data-informed decisions Drive day-to-day analytics and create scalable data tools to improve customer experiences Identify pain points in traveling and hosting, collaborating with leadership to enhance experiences for guests, hosts, and agents Required Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business analytics Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics) Expert skills in SQL and proficiency in at least one programming language for data analysis (Python or R) Experience with non-experimental causal inference methods and machine learning techniques Ability to work in ambiguous and fast-growth environments with minimal supervision
