Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise delivery of complex technology initiatives aligned to government lines of business Manage annual portfolio budgets of $35M - $50M and oversee a team of 10-12 Agile Practice Leads Drive Agile adoption and develop change management plans to support Agile transformation and sustainability Required Qualifications 10-15 years of professional experience, including 3-5 years in people management roles Experience managing budgets Proven experience implementing Agile practices in complex environments Familiarity with software delivery methodologies including SAFe and Waterfall Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant professional qualification
