Key Responsibilities Teach Agile principles and establish Agile processes for teams new to Agile Assess Agile methodologies suitable for teams and ensure coordination with other teams Support teams in deepening their Agile practices and assist with Jira and Confluence setup Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent experience At least one foundational Agile certification (e.g., CSM, ICP, Kanban Practitioner) 2 years of team-level Agile Coaching experience with Scrum and Kanban teams 6 months or more as a Jira and Confluence user with experience in modifying settings Experience with software development methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
