Key Responsibilities Lead regulatory accounting, reporting, and compliance functions for assigned lines of business (LOB) Act as the main point of contact for insurance regulators and oversee the preparation of regulatory financial statements Develop strategies to streamline reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; minimum of 2 additional years in a relevant functional area Minimum of 6 years of management experience, including hiring and performance management of direct reports Expert knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Statutory Accounting Principles (SAP) Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple large projects Proven ability to influence senior management and stakeholders for optimal results
