A company is looking for a Process Consultant III to support continuous improvement projects within the Consumer Relations team. Key Responsibilities Support continuous improvement projects to enhance daily operations Collaborate with the claims department to optimize the onboarding experience Develop an innovative SharePoint site for process documentation and mapping Required Qualifications High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher with a minimum of eight years experience in business process, or a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years experience Experience in end-to-end process development and process design Ability to collaborate with business partners across multiple platforms and levels of leadership Proven expertise using process tools for documentation and mapping Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
