Alabama Licensed Account Manager
A company is looking for an Account Manager - Commercial Lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business
Direct daily activities of the account management team and handle customer service requests
Monitor policy expirations and renewals, and maintain agency management systems for data accuracy
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry
Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
Active Property & Casualty licensing; professional designation (CIC or equivalent) preferred
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
