Application Helpdesk Specialist
A company is looking for an Application Helpdesk Specialist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking application support
Troubleshoot and resolve helpdesk tickets related to Encompass and other software applications
Document interactions and solutions in the helpdesk ticketing system and assist in creating knowledge base articles
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
One year of Application Helpdesk experience required
Experience with Encompass required
Associate's degree in computer science or equivalent experience required
Experience with Zendesk preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and a ticketing system
