Application Support Consultant
A company is looking for an Associate Application Support Consultant - Dutch Speaker. Key Responsibilities Progress support issues through to resolution, collaborating with colleagues and R&D as needed Investigate and document application defects, while identifying potential escalation risks Train and mentor less experienced team members on product knowledge and processes Required Qualifications Fluency in English and Dutch (verbal and written) Common knowledge of Microsoft technologies and IT infrastructure Exceptional customer-facing skills and understanding of customer service concepts Previous experience in a customer service environment is advantageous Knowledge of ITIL and/or ServiceNow is a plus
