Arizona Licensed Behavioral Health Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Behavioral Health Utilization Management. Key Responsibilities Supervises behavioral health utilization review clinicians to ensure compliance with guidelines and standards Monitors performance and quality of the utilization management team and resolves complex member issues Provides coaching, training, and feedback to team members while developing and implementing policies and procedures Required Qualifications Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of related experience State licensure as required (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LMHP, or RN) Preferred knowledge of behavioral health utilization management principles Prior supervisory experience preferred Understanding of medical necessity criteria for a broad range of behavioral health services preferred
