Key Responsibilities Lead and grow the compliance function, including structure and personnel Design and implement policies to ensure adherence to laws and regulations Conduct risk assessments and manage investigations related to compliance matters Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years in a dental healthcare compliance leadership role Deep understanding of HIPAA, Medicaid/Medicare regulations, and fraud laws Demonstrated ability to lead change in a multi-state organization Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and/or relevant certification preferred Strong ability to communicate complex compliance topics clearly
