Arizona Service Center Representative
A company is looking for a Service Center Representative to provide customer service in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries regarding coverage, benefits, and claims through inbound and outbound calls
Prepare and initiate correspondence/documents in response to customer inquiries while meeting departmental performance goals
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues and provide accurate managed care information
Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
Up to one year of experience in a high-paced contact center environment, preferably in healthcare or managed care
Ability to use technology tools to research and respond to customer inquiries
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to follow oral and written directions related to job functions
