Key Responsibilities Execute Asset Protection initiatives and implement shortage reduction programs across assigned stores Partner with local store management to achieve strategic Asset Protection objectives and conduct routine operational audits Monitor controls, conduct surveillance, and investigate incidents of theft and dishonesty Required Qualifications 4-year degree preferred 1 or more years of experience in Asset Protection or relevant retail experience preferred Must pass a comprehensive background investigation Reliable means of transportation required Preferred to be Wicklander - Zulawski trained in interviewing
