Assistant Director of Learning Design
A company is looking for an Assistant Director of Learning Design.
Key Responsibilities
Provide operational oversight and leadership of a cross-functional team in producing high-quality learning experiences
Collaborate with project partners to address design challenges and support vendor partnerships
Use metrics to evaluate team performance and promote best practices in learning experience development
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Instructional Design, Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Technology, or related field
Demonstrated experience managing teams in higher education organizations
3 or more years of experience in instructional design or related fields
Experience managing projects and interdependent teams
Familiarity with new learning models such as competency-based education or gamification
