Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and operational excellence
Lead benefit programs and oversee internal immigration cases
Contribute to HR analytics and reporting, enhancing policies and processes across the organization
Required Qualifications
BS or higher in Business, HR, or a related field
8+ years of people operations experience, with 5-7 years in small biotech companies preferred
Project management expertise in fast-paced environments
Working knowledge of Excel and experience with enterprise systems
Ability to understand business needs and translate them into practical solutions
