Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategic development plan to achieve organizational targets
Align development programs with overall business objectives through collaboration with leaders and teams

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
8+ years of experience in training and development with progressive responsibilities
Proficiency in learning and development principles and instructional design
Proven leadership and management experience, including goal setting and budget management
Strong analytical skills for assessing training program effectiveness
