Audit Learning Senior Manager
A company is looking for a Senior Manager - Audit Learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive non-technical learning strategy for auditors
Oversee the creation and delivery of non-technical training programs and workshops
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of non-technical learning programs
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Learning and Development, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in learning and development focused on non-technical skills
Strong understanding of the auditing profession and its unique learning needs
Proven experience in designing and delivering effective learning programs
Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
