AVP Programs

A company is looking for an AVP, Programs to support internal and external stakeholder relationships and manage program business operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate onboarding of programs and ensure operational efficiency post-contract agreements Manage ongoing operational tasks and maintain relationships with MGAs, TPAs, and clients Develop and improve processes related to program business and produce various reports Required Qualifications College degree preferred; post-graduate or industry certification (CPCU or CPL) is a plus Over 5 years of relevant industry experience in program management operations Experience in designing and evaluating controls in surplus lines and admitted business environments Strong knowledge of the P&C industry and insurance company operations Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and capable of managing large datasets
