B2B Support Specialist
A company is looking for a B2B Support Specialist to enhance the experience of its business customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement the B2B support strategy while managing technical escalations
Develop SOPs and documentation, and train Tier 1 and Tier 2 support agents
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experiences and resolve technical issues
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in technical support and escalation management for B2B accounts
Technical proficiency in Windows and Linux Operating Systems
Hands-on experience building PCs and troubleshooting hardware/software issues
Proficiency in Jira or similar issue-tracking software
Experience supporting automated Windows 11 deployments (Intune, Pluton, Autopilot)
