BaaS Compliance Analyst

A company is looking for a BaaS Compliance Analyst. Key Responsibilities Assist in the delivery of the Compliance Management System (CMS) and conduct monitoring related to lending, deposit, and operational activities Review due diligence and ongoing program management materials for Fintech partners and maintain compliance oversight Support issue management, audit management, and regulatory agency exams while developing relationships across the enterprise Required Qualifications 1-3 years of banking compliance experience Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations, including Reg E, TILA, ECOA, and others Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision Eagerness to learn and achieve proficiency in compliance-related objectives Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with a self-driven mentality
