Back Office Specialist

A company is looking for a Specialist, Back Office. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with other departments to ensure all transactions are interfaced Identify and correct booking and ticketing errors within quality control Monitor interface lines for potential issues and communicate with the data center as needed Required Qualifications Knowledge of GDS Sabre; additional GDS knowledge is preferred Front Office reservation experience Basic knowledge of back office systems Experience with ticketing, quality control, or Airline Reporting Corporation is a plus Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
