Key Responsibilities Review and prepare analysis of Chapter 13 Plans for clients Communicate and follow up with clients regarding necessary information Support attorneys by reviewing and updating client systems Required Qualifications High School Diploma Previous law firm experience preferred but not required Bankruptcy or Mortgage Servicing experience preferred but not required Ability to interpret client systems Proficient in software tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet
