BCBA Director of Family Services
A company is looking for a Part-Time Director of Family and Clinical Services - BCBA. Key Responsibilities Conduct 1:1 teleconsultation services for parents and caregivers of children with learning and behavioral needs, as well as neurodivergent professionals and their managers Provide guidance on behavior analytic strategies, school systems, and navigating diagnoses while ensuring regular follow-ups with clients Log notes, recommendations, and referrals, and respond to client messages within one business day Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Master's Degree or above Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Minimum 5 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities using ABA principles Minimum 3 years of experience conducting parent training utilizing ABA principles Experience supporting neurodivergent professionals in the workplace
