A company is looking for a Benefits Administration Consultant II to manage onboarding processes for new employer customers. Key Responsibilities Lead administration calls with new and existing accounts to provide continuous customer support Collaborate with the account management team to communicate, escalate, and resolve issues Maintain monthly reporting to track challenges or potential account lapses Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in benefits administration or a related field High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred Experience with billing processes and premium processing Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively Strong analytical skills
