A company is looking for a Medicare Compliance Coordinator to support Medicare program monitoring and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Collect, review, and enter data related to Medicare compliance Develop and maintain knowledge of CMS requirements and ensure adherence to operating procedures Prepare and document Individualized Care Plans (ICP) and assist with outreach to Medicare enrollees Required Qualifications High School Diploma / GED or 4+ years of relevant experience in medical call center, care coordination, case management, or community health 2+ years of health assessment experience Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet navigation Access to a quiet workspace with secure internet connection in Colorado Residency in the State of Colorado
