A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst Lead to oversee the administration and compliance of employee benefit programs. Key Responsibilities Monitor plan compliance and assist in the implementation of benefit programs Analyze participation and utilization of benefits to recommend changes and enhancements Mentor and train benefits staff while managing vendor relationships and conducting presentations Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (Required) Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources (Required) Experience in benefits administration and compliance Ability to analyze data and prepare reports Experience in managing vendor relationships
