Key Responsibilities
Deliver benefits and human resources programs to employees and serve as the primary point of contact for benefits support
Manage administration of employee leaves, worker's compensation, and unemployment processes, ensuring compliance with applicable laws
Collaborate with HR team members to enhance recruitment and retention strategies through effective benefits programs
Required Qualifications
H.S. diploma or equivalent
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in benefits support and administration and/or human resources
Strong time management and organizational skills
Customer-service orientation and solutions-oriented mindset
Commitment to the organization's mission and belief in student success
