A company is looking for a Benefits and Leave Specialist. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for benefit inquiries, including medical, dental, vision, and 401k Assist team members with leave applications and status in partnership with Unum Manage compliance documents for medical and 401k plans and assist in the open enrollment process Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience One year of human resources and/or benefits administration experience Basic understanding of leave administration, including FMLA and ADA processes Intermediate experience with health and welfare benefits programs Experience working in a geographically distributed, multi-site organization
