Benefits and Leave Specialist
A company is looking for a Benefits and Leave Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Administer group benefit programs and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits
Oversee 401(k) plan administration and collaborate with third-party administrators for compliance
Support administration of leave of absence programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
3-5 years of experience in benefits administration, including 401(k) plan administration
Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to employee benefits and retirement plans
Experience working with HRIS systems; Workday experience is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
