Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls regarding employee benefits, including healthcare and retirement
Manage a steady volume of calls while navigating multiple systems
Provide excellent customer service to create positive experiences for clients
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Previous call center experience with high volume calls
Experience with healthcare and employer benefits is preferred
Proficiency in keyboarding and MS Office
High school diploma or GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
