Key Responsibilities
Analyze, implement, and maintain client benefit structures in the claims processing system
Collaborate with clients on plan design requirements and translate them into the system
Lead and coordinate implementation of client requests and benefit-related projects
Required Qualifications
Master's degree with 8 years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree with 10 years of related experience, or high school degree with 12 years of related experience
In-depth knowledge of operational or functional responsibilities
Experience in developing and administering broad-scope programs and projects
Ability to troubleshoot and test changes effectively
Demonstrated influence in solving critical and complex issues
