West Virginia Licensed Clinical Pharmacist
A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist responsible for providing pharmaceutical care through direct patient care, operational, educational, and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
Provides leadership in patient care and guides providers on best practices for safe drug use
Monitors drug therapy and participates in medical rounds to evaluate patient medication regimens
Assists in managing acute and chronic disease states and ensures compliance with drug distribution policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an ACPE accredited school
Current license to practice pharmacy in West Virginia or eligibility for licensure within 90 days of hire
Certification in Basic Life Support within 60 days of hire
Completion of a residency training or three years of pharmacist experience is preferred
