Benefits Integration Specialist

A company is looking for a Benefits Integration Specialist to support the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of employee benefits enrollment systems. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain group benefit plans in Employee Navigator Set up eligibility rules, plan structures, and payroll deductions based on client requirements Configure and monitor Data Exchange file feeds for various benefit plans Required Qualifications, Training, and Education 2+ years of experience working in Employee Navigator Solid understanding of benefits administration processes and terminology Familiarity with Data Exchange connections and eligibility file formatting Experience in an agency, TPA, or insurance carrier environment is a plus Experience with additional systems like Ease, bswift, or PlanSource is a plus
