Talent Mobility Specialist
A company is looking for a Talent Mobility Specialist to support the administration and coordination of talent mobility programs.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with external vendors to ensure accurate and timely filing of cases
Assist in managing tracking systems and collaborate on process improvements
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate employee transitions to host countries
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in immigration and/or global mobility
Knowledge of US immigration laws, tax regulations, and relocation processes
Proficiency in HRIS (Workday) or similar tools for talent mobility management
Cultural sensitivity and awareness of cross-cultural differences
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
