Bilingual Call Center Representative
A company is looking for a Bilingual Call Center Representative (Relationship Coordinator).
Key Responsibilities
Solicit and provide information via telephone for Medicare Advantage and Managed Long-Term Care Plans
Manage incoming calls, screen referrals, and document client interactions in the pre-enrollment database
Schedule appointments for Enrollment Specialists and Intake Nurses, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation
Required Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency in English and another language
Experience in a call center or customer service environment
Familiarity with electronic health record systems and databases
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Flexibility to work additional hours or weekends as needed
