Key Responsibilities Receive and respond to prescription refill requests through various communication channels Verify the validity and accuracy of prescription refill requests and prepare them for dispensing Compile and analyze data to track key performance indicators related to prescription refill processing Required Qualifications Minimum of High School Diploma or GED At least 1 year of experience in a retail pharmacy Extensive knowledge of Medicare Part D and HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) license and a nationally recognized Medical Assistant certificate required Proficient bilingual language skills in English and Spanish
