Key Responsibilities Provide CMDB and Service Mapping modeling and advisory for clients Assess current state processes and tools, defining solution requirements including integrations and architecture Oversee implementation work and guide team members in configuration and development with ServiceNow CMDB and Service Mapping Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience ServiceNow Mainline Certifications in Event Management, Discovery, and Service Mapping Microsoft Azure Certification 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow focusing on Event management and integrations 5+ years of experience developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL and CMDB processes and solutions
