A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Healthcare Representative. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries, including insurance plan changes and appointment scheduling Handle both inbound calls and outbound campaigns to inform customers about relevant changes Provide support in navigating healthcare services and finding primary care physicians Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Fluent in both English and Spanish Ability to type at least 25 words per minute Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency with multiple systems Open availability between 7am-2am EST, 7 days a week
