Key Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of physical and digital real estate documents, ensuring proper accessibility and compliance
Streamline document execution and recording processes, preparing execution packages and liaising with stakeholders
Maintain electronic document records within document management systems, ensuring data integrity and ease of retrieval
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in real estate transactions, project finance, or corporate legal operations
Proficiency with document management systems and Google Suite
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
Proactive and dependable, adept at managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Notary public certification is a plus, but not required
